DNS resolution issue Tuesday 14th January 2020 13:35:00


Due to what was thought to be a non-impacting internal change we experienced a temporary DNS resolution issue today, mainly between 13:35 and 13:42, and this impacted some outbound and inbound call setups during that period. Existing calls were not affected and the issue has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and have reviewed our procedures to perform any such changes out of hours going forwards just in case, regardless of anticipated impact.
